I'm Chris Mekvold, a fantasy writer building a small press one book at a time. I care as much about how a book feels in the hand as how it reads, so at Keepwrite I do two jobs at once: write the story and design the book around it, from the cover to the typesetting, whether it lands in print or on a screen. Along the way, I've made the planning tools I needed for my own drafts, and I'm putting them out for other writers under the "Decide What to Keep" series.
